The score which places a rack the highest from the base entry
requirement will be what determines if a rack is entered in the
typical or non-typical category. Here are two examples from
P&Y and ABBM:
Typical | Non-Typical | ||
Score | 132 0/8 | 161 0/8 | |
P&Y Minimum | 125 0/8 | 155 0/8
Difference | 7 2/8 | 6 0/8 |
Because this rack is furthest from the baseline as a typical, it will be entered as a typical.
Typical | Non-Typical | ||
Score | 122 0/8 | 154 0/8 | |
ABBM Minimum | 100 0/8 | 120 0/8
Difference | 22 0/8 | 34 0/8 |
Because this rack is furthest from the baseline as a non-typical, it will be entered as a non-typical.
