Venison Meatloaf

2 pounds ground venison 1 cup evaporated milk
2 pounds bulk pork sausage 3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 onions, finely chopped 2 cups favorite BBQ sauce
1 1/2 cups cracker or bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

Mix meat, onions, and crumbs thoroughly in large bowl, taking care not to overwork the meat.  Add milk, eggs, 1 cup BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper.  Blend well.

Shape into 2 loaves; place in large, greased baking pan or 2 loaf pans.  Bake in preheated 350º F. oven for 30 minutes.  Spoon remaining BBQ sauce over the loaves and bake an additional 45 minutes.

Yield:  8 to 10 servings.
